The WBIF, on 23 February 2022, endorsed 21 flagship projects in key railway, road and waterway interconnections, renewable energy and transition from coal, waste water management, new healthcare facilities, as well as the roll-out of broadband infrastructure. The European Union and bilateral donor grant contributions to the package amount to €1.1 billion.
