The Guide to the Western Balkans Investment Framework is now online, on our website. 

It provides an overview of the blending facility and explains its working arrangements and the project selection and implementation processes. The main audience for this Guide are the beneficiaries of WBIF financial assistance, particularly those who play a key role in the identification, preparation and implementation of projects supported by WBIF grants. The Guide does not establish any new rules, procedures or processes but merely describes and explains those currently in force.
