The "Public Sector Research and Development Project in Serbia" refers to a number of investments in reviving research and development in the Serbian public sector, including modernisation of the existing high-education research facilities and infrastructure, the establishment of new science centres, construction of apartments for students and young scientists, and its modernisation.
In order to support the preparatory activities, this WBIF technical assistance grant finances the development of technical documentation for priority construction works on four facilities:
Technical documentation financed under this grant encompasses Conceptual Design, Feasibility Study with Preliminary Design, technical documentation for building permits, preparation/revision of Detailed Design including Bill of Quantities, and development of Building Information Modelling files in line with the national legal framework.
