The primary purpose of the WBIF technical assistance was to provide advisory services to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) which is responsible for monitoring the construction of the motorway section Svilaj - Odžak, border crossing, and interstate bridge over the Sava River on Corridor Vc/Mediterranean Corridor.
More specifically, provided advisory services funded by this grant were related to (a) institutional development, (b) financial monitoring procedures, and (c) business procedures and development plans, aiming to ensure effective financial management and monitoring of the project.
